Whether you’re looking to host your company’s annual tournament, getting together for a family reunion or forming a team-building event we can help with that! If you are interested in hosting a lunch or dinner following your round of golf we would be happy to provide you with a meal option.

Fees and Booking Requirements:
18 holes of golf, $40 Per Golfer. Minimum 16 golfers for Regular Tournament play. Minimum 72 golfers for Shotgun Tournament play.
Discounts for Senior (60+) and Junior (6-17) Golfers
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Final number confirmation is required 7 days in advance along with the final payment paid by signed organizer/organization.
Deposit is forfeited due to cancellation.
Room rental fee made available for those groups who would prefer a private room for their tournament’s gathering.
REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS:
Please be aware we do not offer refunds or rain checks unless the course is deemed unsafe or unplayable by Langley Golf Centre Management.
A minimum of 1 hour waiting time will be observed before a rain check is given to customers from the pro shop attendant.
ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Final number of players must be confirmed 7 days prior to tournament.
Final payment is due upon number confirmation.
Inform players of our Course Rules, Regulations and Etiquette.
Advise our staff of any special requests, i.e. food services, prize requirements, etc.
Have a representative arrive at least 1 hour before the first tee time to finalize details and pay any outstanding fees.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Each player must have their own set of clubs. Club are available to rent at an extra fee.
Driving Range balls are the property of Langley Golf Centre and are not to be used on the course.
Pace of play is 3 hours for 18 holes. Please keep pace with the group ahead. If tournament is running behind schedule, golf course staff will instruct groups to skip holes to make up time. If failure to keep to the time allowance, tournament groups may be asked to end their round prior to finishing the course. We encourage the organizer of the tournament to make this point clear to all members of their group.
Keep pull carts and power carts off of the tee boxes, and kept at least 20 feet from greens.
Replace all divots, rake bunkers and repair all ball marks.
No outside alcohol permitted. Confiscation and prompt dismissal may result.
No lengthy golf instruction to be given to one another on the course.
Proper etiquette and conduct is to be maintained at all times.
According to our liquor license with the province of BC, alcohol related prizes are not permitted on our property. “Toonie Toss” games cannot be conducted with alcohol targets.
Failure to comply with all Langley Golf Centre Rules & Regulations may result in dismissal from the event, forfeiture of tournament and food packages, and, in extreme cases, being asked to leave the property.

Our Tournament Meals are served Buffet Style, allowing your guests to customize their plates. We can accommodate groups minimum 24 to maximum 80 in our Par Buster Bistro.
